Heroes of the Storm – Muradin – Talents
Once a mentor to Prince Arthas, Muradin was unable to prevent him from becoming the Lich King. After recovering from a mild case of amnesia, he is now the leader of the Bronzebeard clan post the “diamond-ization” of his brother the King Magni.
Jumps around the battleground and stuns Heroes. Rapidly regenerates health as he nears death.

Muradin was introduced in Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos (available in the Warcraft III Battle Chest) when Prince Arthas found him in Northrend. Muradin helped Prince Arthas fight the Undead Scourge, and shortly after reprimanded his former disciple when Arthas ordered mercenaries to burn down the Alliance fleet to prevent his men from retreating after recall orders from King Terenas’ emissary. Muradin disliked how Arthas ordered his men to kill the same mercenaries that helped him burn the ships. However, continued to help him search for the fabled Frostmourne runeblade.
When Muradin translated the inscription in the dais holding Frostmourne, he quickly warned Prince Arthas the runeblade was cursed and that they should leave immediately. Arthas chanted a plea to the sword Frostmourne. The ice covering the dais exploded, and a large chunk hit Muradin on the head. Prince Arthas wielded Frostmourne and left Muradin behind thinking him dead.
Muradin awoke shortly after without a trace of his memories as revealed in a vision at the Frostmourne Cavern in the Dragonblight (World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King). Time later, the amnesiac Muradin was sheltered by the Frostborn (Frost dwarves) and became their leader. During an escape from the Engine of the Makers in Storm Peaks, Brann Bronzebeard and a hero flew away and landed on Frosthold. Brann recognized his brother Muradin. Their talk caused Muradin to recover his memory and helped the Argent Crusade and the Alliance to fight against the Icecrown Citadel.
Shortly, after the Shattering, King Magni was transformed into a diamond during a ritual meant to allow him to become one with the earth to commune and find out what caused the earthquakes preluding the Cataclysm. Prince Muradin Bronzebeard returned home and took a role in the Council of Three Hammers representing the Bronzebeard house.
Mountain King Muradin
This is the default skin of Muradin in Heroes of the Storm. It has different tints to choose from. The first tint is free and available by default. The second tint can be unlocked by completing three Hero Quests. Hero Quests are unlocked at level 10.
In this skin version, Muradin is wearing his brother King Magni Bronzebeard’s armor.
How to apply a tint and a skin to your character? Join a Practice, Cooperative or Versus Mode game. On the lobby screen, you will see a button on the bottom-left titled: Hero Details.
You will see the following UI Interface pop up. If the skins or tints were unlocked, you can switch your character skin or tint by pressing on the left or right arrow (as shown in the image below).
|Stormhammer (Q)||Deals 50 damage to the first enemy it contacts, stunning it for 1.5 seconds.
Cooldown: 10 seconds
|Thunderclap (W)||Deals 58 damage and slows enemies by 25% for 2.5 seconds.
Cooldown: 8 seconds
|Dwarf Toss (E)||Leaps to a location, dealing 35 damage to enemies within the target area.
Cooldown: 12 seconds
|Second Wind (Trait)||Regenerates 13 Health each second when he has not taken damage for at least 6 seconds. When below 30% Health, increased to 38 Health per second.
|Path of the Warrior||Your Hero gains an extra 25 Health for every level gained.|
|Skullcracker||Every 4th attack against the same target will stun them for 0.25 seconds.|
|Perfect Storm (Q)||Stormhammer's damage is permanently increased by 5 for each enemy hero hit.|
|Infused Hammer (Q)||Stormhammer refunds 38 mana for each enemy hit.|
|Amplified Healing||Increases healing taken and regeneration effects by 30%.|
|Landing Momentum (E)||Increases the movement speed of Muradin by 20% for 2 seconds upon landing.|
|Crowd Control (W)||Each enemy hit by Thunderclap reduces the cooldown on Thunderclap by 5 seconds.|
|Thunderburn (W)||Leaves a zone on the ground that explodes after 1.5 seconds dealing 29 damage and applying a 25% slow for 2 seconds.|
|Block||Periodically reduces the damage received from Hero Basic Attacks by 50%. Stores up to 2 charges.|
|Battle Momentum||Basic Attacks reduce your Ability cooldowns by 0.5 seconds.|
|Stormbolt (Q)||Stormhammer pierces, hitting 1 additional target.|
|Sledgehammer (Q)||Stormhammer deals double damage to minions and structures, and can stun structures for 3 seconds.|
|Searing Attacks||Activate to increase Basic Attack damage by 50% for 5 seconds. Attacks cost 20 Mana per hit.|
|Avatar (R)||Gains 575 health. Attacks stun enemies.

|Haymaker (R)||Deals 212 damage. Knocks the target back, hitting enemies in the way for 53 damage and knocking them back slightly.
Cooldown: 80 seconds
|Burning Rage||Deals 12 damage per second to nearby enemies.|
|Spell Shield||Periodically reduces the damage received from Hero Abilities by 50%. Stores up to 2 charges.|
|Third Wind (Trait)||Increases Second WInd's health regeneration rates. Activates at 40% health.|
|Dwarf Launch (E)||Increases the range and impact radius of Dwarf Toss by 50%.|
|Imposing Presence||Enemies that attack you have their Attack Speed slowed by 30%.|
|Executioner||Basic Attacks deal 50% more damage against slowed, rooted, or stunned targets.|
|Heavy Impact (E)||Enemies hit by Dwarf Toss are stunned for 0.75 seconds.|
|Stoneform (Trait)||Activate to heal for 40% of his maximum Health over 8 seconds. Second Wind is deactivated during this period.|
|Rewind||Activate to reduce the cooldown of your Basic Abilities by 10 seconds.|
|Resurgence of the Storm||Upon dying, revive back at your Altar after 5 seconds. This can occur once every 120 seconds.|
|Fury of the Storm||Basic Attacks bounce twice to nearby enemies for 50% damage.|
|Unstoppable Force (R)||Increases duration of Avatar by 30% and the duration of Crowd Control effects is reduced by 75% while in Avatar.|
|Grand Slam||Increases damage of Haymaker by 50% and the knockback distance by 40%.|

Basic Hero Quests
Basic Hero Quests are unique to each Hero. Usually they are focused on using a spell/ability “X” amount of times against any enemy Hero; and the last one asks you to play 10 games with your Hero.
Epic Hero Quests
The Epic Hero Quests are not available until you reach level 10, and until your Hero has completed the 3 Basic Hero Quests. These are not unique for each hero. All Heroes must complete the same Epic Hero Quests.
